Cancel calls only when state rules allow it.

Cancel calls only when call state permits cancellation.

When to use this

Use this when a scheduled/active call should not continue.

Steps

  1. Open the call detail view.
  2. Run Cancel Call when the call is not already final.
  3. If call is in Wrap Up, complete Wrap Up instead of cancellation.

Validation and common errors

  • Final-state calls show: "Call is already with a final status."
  • Wrap Up calls show: "Please close the call by submitting the "Wrap Up" form."
