Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

1. Introduction

SmartDialTech (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website and power dialer service.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register.
  • Twilio credentials: Account SID and Auth Token used to connect your Twilio account. These credentials are encrypted and used only to initiate calls on your behalf.
  • Contact lists: Phone numbers and any custom fields you upload via CSV. You remain the data controller for contacts you upload.
  • Call data: Call logs, durations, outcomes, recording metadata (if enabled), and agent activity. Audio recordings are stored in your Twilio account.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interaction data collected via cookies and analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the SmartDialTech service.
  • Authenticate your account and secure access.
  • Communicate with you about your account, support requests, and product updates.
  • Improve our product and detect fraud or abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and cooperate with lawful authorities.

4. Call Recordings

If you enable call recording, the audio files are stored in your Twilio account, not on SmartDialTech servers. SmartDialTech only stores recording metadata (such as the recording identifier, duration, and playback URL) so we can securely serve the recording to authorized users within your account. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including obtaining consent where required, before recording calls.

5. Twilio Integration

SmartDialTech connects to your own Twilio account to place calls. We do not control Twilio’s pricing, availability, or data practices. Please review Twilio’s Privacy Policy for information on how Twilio handles call data.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, and analyze traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, or when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and users.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures including SSL/TLS encryption, encrypted data storage, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

10. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
